At LedgerNexus, we are committed to providing high-quality professional accounting, audit, and digital business consulting services. Due to the nature of our digital deliverables and professional consulting services, please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Service Cancellations & Refunds
As our services involve significant time, expertise, and the creation of bespoke digital products, all sales are considered final once the service has commenced or the digital asset has been delivered.
- Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
- Digital Products/Reports: Once a digital document, audit report, or accounting file has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
2. Errors and Disputes
We take pride in the accuracy of our work. If you believe there is a significant factual error or a technical defect in the work provided to you, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
We will review your claim and, if an error is verified, we will work with you to rectify the issue or provide a service credit at our discretion.
